The Santa Maria Public Airport District invites electronic sealed proposals to recommend, furnish, and install three replacement sump pumps at the District’s stormwater detention basins: two at Basin A and one at Basin C. The work includes removal of the two existing Basin A pumps, installation of three replacement pumps, mechanical and electrical/control connections, testing, startup, training, and closeout. The District has already dewatered Basin C and retrieved its existing pump; that completed work is excluded. No pump manufacturer, model, horsepower, or discharge size is prescribed. Proposers must explain their recommended equipment, supporting information and assumptions, complete base price, schedule, and warranty.
